Prof. Güner Gürsoy

Professor Guner Gursoy is an expert in Financial Management who has served in various academic and administrative roles across multiple universities. His core expertise in educational technology includes internationalism, competency-based curriculum development, and competency-based talent management supported by accredited badging. He earned a master's in financial management from the Naval Postgraduate School, CA, USA, and a Ph.D. in Finance from Bilkent University, Turkiye. He has contributed to government initiatives by overseeing strategic project investments, designing procurement and supply chain management systems, and developing simulation-based analysis and training platforms. His academic research and project development areas are; corporate governance and corporate financial management systems, strategic investment project management, supply chain management and logistics and international trade systems.
