Greg O'Shea is currently Senior Research Fellow at Lappeenranta University Business School in Finland and has recently led projects funded by the Strategic Research Council of Finland into the circular economy of food packaging, of waste water and more efficient water purification. He has been ‘Executive in Residence’ for the Aalto School of Business, Finland leading projects into commercialising new green science research and developing sustainable business ecosystems. Greg has worked with Innotiimi Oy, one of the leading innovation consultancies in the Nordic area, engaged in consultancies with the region’s top 100 companies, including Nokia, Nordea, Kone, Ericsson and Finnair. He specialises in coaching and team development programmes and has worked globally with organisations in the Baltic States, Eastern Europe, India, Japan, Korea, Turkey, the Gulf States and Scandinavia. Greg is author of numerous books, reports and articles involving strategic innovation for major publishers such as Pearson, Routledge, Elgar and Springer and has provided doctoral support to numerous successful students in various universities. In his time as Senior Research Fellow of the Ashcroft International Business School, Anglia Ruskin University, Greg led major EU funded research projects into health care, innovation and commercialisation of start-ups/SMEs in Europe. Greg also has a range of consultancy and training qualifications, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator license, Belbin user license, Six Hats licensed trainer, Lego Serious Play user and coach license, Certified Executive Coach, Foresight user license and is a UEFA B licensed football coach. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a law graduate.
