Professor Sonal Minocha is a senior academic leader and behavioural scientist who has worked across higher education and education technology for over twenty years,
combining senior academic leadership with extensive executive experience in
institutional design, digital learning, and workforce-aligned education. She is
currently Chief Learning Officer at FourthRev, where she leads product strategy,
learning design, and programme delivery for university partnerships including King’s
College London, the London School of Economics, and the University of
Cambridge. Previously, Sonal co-founded and executed an AI-driven career-pathway
platform within the Global University Systems group and served as Founding Chief
Product Officer at Nexford University, where she led the institution from inception
through Series A funding and multi-region licensure. She has also held senior
leadership roles in UK higher education, including leading international strategy and
business school development at Anglia Ruskin University, the University of
Sunderland, the University of Bedfordshire, and Bournemouth University, with
responsibility at Board level for academic quality, commercial and international
growth, portfolio expansion, and regulatory engagement. Sonal has held professorial
appointments and serves as Visiting Professor and Governor internationally. She is
the author of two textbooks and over fifty peer-reviewed publications in management
and management education and has advised universities, governments, and
education organisations on institutional strategy and digital transformation.
