Mohammed Abdul Kuddus

Mohammed Abdul Kuddus has an LLB Law degree from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London and a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Cambridge. He is the Senior Partner at MAK Solicitors and Notary Public, in London, with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of business immigration and nationality law as well as corporate and international commercial law with a special focus on public administrative law. Mohammed has been a notary public since 2008, verifying the proper execution of documents for use anywhere in the world and he acts for a number of businesses as well as individuals and notarises the execution of commercial contracts for international use. He has represented individuals and
businesses, inside and outside the UK, including advising HSBC, Al Rayan Bank, UK TV stations and large real estate organisations. Mohammed has represented clients
successfully in the European Court of Justice, as well as advising on investments and
business acquisitions for companies in Germany, Egypt, Turkey, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
